At premove.live, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been billed. Exceptions may be made under limited circumstances, per our merchant of record (Paddle.com) policies.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. In the case of disputes and refunds, Paddle.com provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.
If you experience an issue or believe you are exceptionslly entitled to a refund, please contact billing support through Paddle or contact us at support@premove.live within 14 days of your purchase.
